I purchased a appliance from Residence & Ventures Catania on October 17, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Reynold G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
