I purchased a platform from Hyper Soft Corp. on March 21, 1988. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jon F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Hyper Soft Corp.. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the catering service I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
