Misleading advertising by Hyper Soft Corp.

On March 20, 1971, I signed up for Hyper Soft Corp.'s delivery service at their Lake Dashawnside, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $620.10, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gerhard E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
