I purchased a appliance from Meals Bistros Ltd. on February 23, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kimberly I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
