I want to report a serious concern with Meals Bistros Ltd.'s plan that I purchased on September 29, 2012 from your Cassinfurt, Delaware store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Neoma Y., but my issue remains unresolved.
