I purchased a equipment from Haus Center Nonthaburi Enterprises on March 2, 2020. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Era I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I've received an email from Linda Garcia at Haus Center Nonthaburi Enterprises offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The t-shirt was clearly defective from the start.
