I am writing regarding order #ORD-8206-HLW-9318 placed with Quality Properties & Sons Group on March 26, 1973. I paid $48.97 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Martina D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
