I want to report a serious concern with Space Alliance Thane's unit that I purchased on September 10, 1973 from your Dillonmouth, North Carolina store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Camila M., but my issue remains unresolved.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Space Alliance Thane has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their premium membership.
