I'm writing to complain about the delivery service I received from The Advance Skills. After paying $382.87 for gadget, I found that it was denied a refund. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Dejon C., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I want to acknowledge that The Advance Skills has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $499.54 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $499.54 for a athletic shoes that never worked properly.
