I am writing regarding order #ORD-1588-JGG-6304 placed with Smart Skills on April 12, 1977. I paid $700.87 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Allen W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Smart Skills contacted me to troubleshoot the athletic shoes. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
