On October 18, 2005, I signed up for Luxury Space Associates Group's return process at their East Dovietown, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $46.37, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mauricio V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $321.67 refund only covers part of what I paid for the design service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
