I want to report a serious concern with Modern Diagnostic's product that I purchased on May 1, 1995 from your North Emilyside, New Mexico store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Luigi H., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The television from Modern Diagnostic not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
