I'm writing to complain about the installation service I received from Modern Diagnostic. After paying $853.60 for solution, I found that it had repeated billing errors. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Beaulah S., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Modern Diagnostic called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
