I want to report a serious concern with The Learning Minds's solution that I purchased on July 20, 2024 from your Vanceshire, Indiana store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kay I., but my issue remains unresolved.

I want to acknowledge that The Learning Minds has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $439.18 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $439.18 for a athletic shoes that never worked properly.
