Misleading advertising by Prime Residence
Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of Prime Residence for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-1561-CUS-3241) on September 11, 1987, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
