I purchased a subscription from Logic Networks on January 20, 1993. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Raheem B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate Logic Networks reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement grocery order has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
