Gastro & Group Las Palmas failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7700-KYX-8228 placed with Gastro & Group Las Palmas on April 26, 2019. I paid $405.19 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Amelia I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
