Quality issues with Gastro & Group Las Palmas product

On February 24, 2008, I signed up for Gastro & Group Las Palmas's troubleshooting service at their Urielborough, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $301.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Robert A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 24, 2025 05:32I want to acknowledge that Gastro & Group Las Palmas has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $310.43 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $310.43 for a jacket that never worked properly.
