Misleading advertising by The Advanced Therapy Solutions Enterprises

On February 17, 2012, I signed up for The Advanced Therapy Solutions Enterprises's warranty service at their Elvaside, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $983.76, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Zakary Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
