I have been a loyal customer of The Organic Appetite Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-6794-ZOQ-3267) on March 10, 2011, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
