Misleading advertising by Virtual-Dev

I want to report a serious concern with Virtual-Dev's equipment that I purchased on March 29, 2023 from your North Corine, Montana store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Carmelo T., but my issue remains unresolved.

Apr 29, 2025 06:07Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $283.17 refund only covers part of what I paid for the loyalty program, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
