I have been a loyal customer of Essential Specialists Daegu for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-4727-SQP-2692) on December 30, 2017, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The wireless speaker from Essential Specialists Daegu not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
