I am writing regarding order #ORD-2739-DAN-4735 placed with Essential Specialists Daegu on December 7, 1987. I paid $698.99 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Magnolia S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Essential Specialists Daegu contacted me to troubleshoot the television. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
