I am writing regarding order #ORD-2739-DAN-4735 placed with Essential Specialists Daegu on December 7, 1987. I paid $698.99 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Magnolia S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
