I am writing regarding order #ORD-9207-SGD-6952 placed with Essential Specialists Daegu on July 9, 2006. I paid $43.25 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Annabelle Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because Essential Specialists Daegu finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the laptop, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
