I have been a loyal customer of The Direct Supply Manchester for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-9230-NVC-8402) on March 27, 2012, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The sweater from The Direct Supply Manchester not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
