I'm writing to complain about the setup assistance I received from Strong Homes. After paying $531.66 for item, I found that it couldn't access my account. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Tracy Y., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I've received an email from Hayden Clark at Strong Homes offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The coffee maker was clearly defective from the start.
