False promises made by Pro Build Construction representative

On November 9, 2000, I signed up for Pro Build Construction's maintenance program at their Tyriquetown, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $385.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lesly B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
