On December 31, 2016, I signed up for Hearty & Culinary's technical assistance at their New Milesville, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $792.49, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Osborne Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 18, 2025 05:50I've received an email from Karen King at Hearty & Culinary offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The sweater was clearly defective from the start.
