I want to report a serious concern with Hearty & Culinary's appliance that I purchased on July 24, 1975 from your South Donna, Texas store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Gerald O., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 06, 2025 05:36I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The formal shoes from Hearty & Culinary not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
