I want to report a serious concern with Hearty & Culinary's equipment that I purchased on August 31, 1995 from your Sebastianport, Louisiana store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ernesto Y., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The dress shirt from Hearty & Culinary not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
