Unresolved issue with Meta Core product

I want to report a serious concern with Meta Core's platform that I purchased on March 18, 1982 from your Marshallborough, Maine store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Flavie D., but my issue remains unresolved.

Apr 28, 2025 06:08I want to acknowledge that Meta Core has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $258.99 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $258.99 for a meal kit that never worked properly.
