I want to report a serious concern with Meta Core's equipment that I purchased on March 16, 1999 from your North Richmondside, North Dakota store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Gladyce K., but my issue remains unresolved.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $382.16 refund only covers part of what I paid for the upgrade plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
