Quality issues with RoboWare Labs product

I purchased a gadget from RoboWare Labs on July 4, 2020. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Shakira P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 08, 2025 06:08Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $301.65 refund only covers part of what I paid for the upgrade plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
