Misleading advertising by RoboWare Labs

I want to report a serious concern with RoboWare Labs's appliance that I purchased on February 23, 1999 from your New Jazlyn, Hawaii store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Flossie Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
