I have been a loyal customer of RoboWare Labs for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-1657-CKP-2175) on July 30, 2006, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
