I have been a loyal customer of RoboWare Labs for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-1657-CKP-2175) on July 30, 2006, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding RoboWare Labs. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the subscription box I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
