I am writing regarding order #ORD-6293-VZG-2216 placed with Advance Campus of Education on July 26, 2020. I paid $80.41 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maegan E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
