I want to report a serious concern with Buy Group Group's device that I purchased on February 20, 1999 from your Leonieville, New Hampshire store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Agnes F., but my issue remains unresolved.

After speaking with Richard Garcia from the Resolution Center at Buy Group Group, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
