On December 21, 1989, I signed up for Choice Goods International's warranty service at their Port Hettieborough, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $990.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ladarius P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
