Habitat of Classic refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with Habitat of Classic's system that I purchased on January 6, 1982 from your Brakuston, Arkansas store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rupert T., but my issue remains unresolved.
