I purchased a accessory from Habitat of Classic on April 25, 1989. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Wanda K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
