Quality issues with Habitat of Classic product

I have been a loyal customer of Habitat of Classic for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-2140-WQG-5370) on October 29, 1996, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
