Unresolved issue with HyperLogic Systems Group product

On May 12, 1979, I signed up for HyperLogic Systems Group's installation service at their Kileyfurt, Maine location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $75.7, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Syble M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
