I am writing regarding order #ORD-3708-LHT-3933 placed with HyperLogic Systems Group on March 16, 1997. I paid $492.39 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brenda A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 11, 2025 06:03After speaking with Quinn Williams from the Customer Advocacy at HyperLogic Systems Group, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
