Unsatisfactory resolution from Advanced Practice

I want to report a serious concern with Advanced Practice's item that I purchased on December 30, 2014 from your Port Cathystad, South Carolina store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Margarett Y., but my issue remains unresolved.
