I am writing regarding order #ORD-9635-TIJ-2174 placed with Life Hospital Center on May 25, 1998. I paid $271.68 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Noelia A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
