I am writing regarding order #ORD-2228-USG-8653 placed with Properties & Associates Corp. on December 13, 2023. I paid $975.40 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Craig H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
