I want to report a serious concern with Properties & Associates Corp.'s device that I purchased on September 14, 1986 from your Millsville, Tennessee store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Cary J., but my issue remains unresolved.
