I'm writing to complain about the warranty service I received from Properties & Associates Corp.. After paying $872.23 for accessory, I found that it has a manufacturing defect. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Kari B., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I appreciate Properties & Associates Corp. reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement kitchen knife set has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
