I purchased a unit from Micro-Tech on February 25, 2003. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Raul R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate Micro-Tech reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement specialty food item has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
