Micro-Tech refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with Micro-Tech's solution that I purchased on July 18, 2019 from your South Kurtiston, North Carolina store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Joan A., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 17, 2025 06:04An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Micro-Tech, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my prepared meal. This is extremely frustrating.
